![]() We went to the MLife desk and was told we should have gotten a letter when we checked in which served as our ticket. We had not been Platinum before so did not know how this worked. Second, we are supposed to get free admission to one of four MGM property attractions (Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden being one of them). It took us over an hour and several phone calls to work that out and change rooms. When we went to our initial room, which was in a location we had asked NOT to be put in, we complained and lo and behold an upgraded room (not a suite) suddenly was available. When we checked in we were told there were no upgrades at all, and certainly no suites. First, we are supposed to get an upgrade if available, including a suite. As such, you would think you would not need to fight for every benefit. That is the second highest tier in their program. Our biggest issue was in trying to use the benefits of our Platinum MLife card. You would think the resort fee would cover that! I also object to charging people to come into your casino and (likely) lose money gambling! As Platinum MLife members we got the parking free, but I object to it on principle. One, MGM resorts now charge for parking and/or valet, even for guests. The casino is nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. ![]() Nice feather pillows and a comfortable mattress. ![]() This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of many other famous hotel/casinos. ![]()
